01 · Concept

WËRAL is the operating system designed for French-speaking visual creators across Africa and the diaspora. The goal: centralize the production workflow, from sharing raw footage to final approval, in one space built for creation, not file management.

02 · The problem

Visual creators still share their work through tools that were never built for them: expiring transfer links, review feedback scattered across email, WhatsApp and Drive, no real traceability of client notes. The creative workflow gets lost in generic tools.

03 · The vision

Build the space where a creator shares, a client reviews and approves, and the project moves forward without friction, keeping history, context and exchanges in one place. Over time, WËRAL will integrate automation and AI-agent tools to lighten the repetitive parts of the creative workflow.

04 · My role

Founder and product lead. I own the vision, the functional architecture and the design direction of the platform.

05 · Process

Development moves iteratively, grounded in my own experience as a creator in production: every feature answers a friction I've lived myself or observed in other creators.
